COMPOSITION MOUNTS
This is the standard composition mount. It is shown in a mill finish with uni-rac solar mount and an L foot. It is available in; mill finish, bronze anodized finish, and clear anodized finish. It works with any rack that utilizes an L foot, as well as pro-solar and uni-strut. The flashing is 12" x 12". 5" x 12" is exposed, and 7" x 12" is under the next rows of shingles.
TILE MOUNTS FLAT
This is the Flat tile mount. It is comprised of all aluminum mount and tile flashing cover. The aluminum tile cover replaces one existing tile. It works with most tiles that measure from 11 1/2" to 12 3/8" wide and have a pan lip on the left side and a cover lip on the right side. Check our spec sheet for further compatability with your roof tiles.
TILE MOUNTS CURVED
This is the curved tile mount. It is comprised of all aluminum stand off, and flashing. The tile is removed, the stand off is bolted into position, the tile s cut to allow for the stand off to pass through. The flashing is then placed and molded to the shape of the tiles.
SHAKE MOUNTS
This is the shake mount. It is shown in a mill finish. It is available in; mill finish, bronze anodized finish, and clear anodized finish. It works with any rack that utilizes an L foot, as well as pro-solar and uni-strut. The flashing is 18" x 18". 5" x 18" is exposed, 10" x 18" is under the next row of shakes, and 3" x 18" is under the second shake above as well as under the tar paper. It is imperative to place the flashing under the tar paper to maintain a waterproof installation.
CONDUIT MOUNTS
This is the conduit mount. It is available in; mill finish, bronze anodized finish, and clear anodized finish. It is designed to work with a standard single hole conduit clamp (not supplied) for 1/2" though 1 1/2" conduits. The composition conduit mounts measure 9" x 12", and the shake conduit mounts measure 12" x 18". It is ideal to both lift the conduit off the roof for better air cooling, as well as secure it per code.
EXTENSION MOUNTS
These are our extensions. They are used with the standard composition mounts and the shake mounts when additional height is preferred, usually with pro solar rails or uni-strut, for additional airflow under the modules. They come in 2 1/2", 3 1/4", and 4".
